Red jasper is one of the first crystals that I had a true reaction to. I was taking a crystal course and a plate of various crystals were passed around. We were told to pick the one that 'called' to us. I chose the red jasper. As soon as I picked it up - I I felt completely nauseous! It is a very grounding stone and because I had been very ungrounded, it had a very physical effect on me. So, believe me - it works!! These are brick or maroon colored.
